Comte de Lautrémont - MALDOROR (ilustrations Jindřich Štýrský )

The Maldoror Singing Committee was hosted by Philip de Soupault and Karel Teige. Jindřich Hořejší and Karel Teige, who also designed graphic editing of books and envelopes, wrote a study on Lautreamont's life. Twelve colored lithographs were illustrated by Jindřich Štýrský ( in our book one is missing). It was published in 1929 as the part of the Bibliophile edition of Odeon. Ex.253 / 300 on antique. The original envelope made of black stiffer paper, the original pap papers on the front. red label with name and title. The lower part of the back is torn, otherwise the book is in very good condition.
