Tillie Walden is a cartoonist and illustrator from Austin, Texas. She is the creator of the critically acclaimed Spinnig graphics memory. She is also the holder of two Ignatz Awards and has been nominated for two Eisner Awards, one of which she received for the work On the Beam, which was originally published online as a web comic. She graduated from the Center for Cartoon Studies, a master's program in comics in Vermont. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
