Nulla dies sine Linea

Similarly as this publication is more of a book rather than a typical catalog, the practice of the artist duo David Böhm and Jiří Franta can be characterized rather as an avocation of adventure than a desirew to satisfy the discipline of classical art. An adventure experienced not only in the process of quest for drawing, but also as an enthusiastic search for mistakes and errors and their eventual integration into the newly emerging whole. The book NULLA DIES SINE LINEA is a time-collected record of this adventure within the context of Czech contemporary art; it is not a memorial of the artistic duo, whose minds merge for the benefit of their work, rather it is a ball kicked at full tilt far and away towards the horizon.
