The bilingual publication for the RE_FORM exhibition of the same name tries to draw attention to the exceptionally strong wave of young sculptors and their work, which is becoming increasingly clear, but also to indicate the mutual context and intergenerational connections. And try to rearrange the zoom on the Czech art scene at least a little, when the attention has long been focused almost exclusively on painting or intermediate projects.

Although "bipolar" authorial exhibitions combining painting and sculpture have been gradually increasing, especially in recent years, the domestic sculptural scene as a whole, or at least a representative part of it, is reflected only very rarely. The re_form project wants to change this stereotype, if not, then at least partially break it. It is no coincidence that the title of the exhibition refers to reform, ie to something that ignores the old and shifts things elsewhere.
