Blanka Lamrová (b. 1949) comes from an artistic family of ceramicists from Litovla na Hané, her brother and sister are painters, and she herself, as a professional photographer, has devoted her whole life to photographing works of art. The book form "Images in water" contains a hundred carefully selected photographs of water surfaces taken by the photographer from the late eighties to the present day. She divided the cycle into the themes of Pond, River and Sea. In the black-and-white and color shots taken with different cameras, the artistic interior of the author and the external reality are mirrored in the mirror of the waters. So we see here a double mirroring that intertwines into artistically refined images.
